Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment or production begins.
If approved, a full refund is processed automatically.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Return Requirements
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
Product must be unused
Packaging must be complete
Order proof required
Returns must be approved before shipping back.
One shipping fee applies per order.
No restocking fee.
